ABOUT CALYPSO KITCHEN
Hello folks,
Welcome to Calypso Kitchen.
My name is Sarah, I grew up in the Caribbean on the islands of Trinidad & Tobago. Through Calypso Kitchen, I am sharing with you the flavors of the Caribbean I grew up enjoying. The sauces, spices & beverages that we produce are all recipes that have been passed along through generations of Caribbean kitchens, many of the recipes have been adapted from my maternal grandmother. We are delighted to partner with local farmers and artisans who provide us with fresh goods and produce to create fantastic Caribbean flavors.
At Calypso Kitchen, we proudly support our community through our partner non profit PNW Plateful a project that provides scratch made meals at no cost to folks affected by food insecurity in our community. PNW Plateful partners with the Bellingham Food Bank, the YWCA, Birchwood Food Dessert Fighters, and Northwest Youth Services.
